The Connection Co. sells digital products, including but not limited to workbooks, guides, printable card decks, and bundles (collectively, “Products”), delivered electronically via instant download and/or email. No physical products are shipped unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

3. License to Use Products

Upon completed purchase, The Connection Co. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download and use the purchased Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any Product for distribution
• Use any Product for commercial purposes (e.g., coaching programs, resale, republishing) without prior written permission from The Connection Co.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Product

Violation of this license may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within Products — including text, graphics, logos, design, layout, and the “The Connection Co.” name and branding — is the property of The Connection Co. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. As a general rule, digital Product sales are final except as described in that Policy.
